Book 1: Clipped Wings
After Corporal Skye Larkins’ copilot is killed, his replacement challenges Larkins’ view of herself, and her abusive sergeant begins to push her to her limits, Larkins finds herself trapped in a downward spiral that threatens her place in the Marines as well as her mental stability.
Book 2: Crash Course
Private Daniel Spunkmeyer finds himself launched into adulthood early after enlisting underage to get away from home. He knew joining the Colonial Marines wasn’t going to be easy, training to be a pilot even less so, but he wasn’t prepared to deal with a stone-hearted instructor and a hard-hitting revelation about his own past.
Book 3: White Noise
While awaiting placement with a new unit, Corporal Dwayne Hicks discovers his mentor has committed suicide, and begins doubting his abilities as both a Marine and a leader as his mind takes a downward spiral.
Book 4: Boreal Nightmare
A mission to a frozen forested planet tests Private Mark Drake’s patience and forces him to think about his potential for redemption when the planet’s inhabitants take an interest in him.
Book 5: Gray Hearts
Although he wants to put the events on Gateway behind him, Drake finds himself dealing with the possibility of having post-traumatic stress after Hudson is exposed to the toxic silver flower used in a Weyland-Yutani research project.
With only months to go on his contact, Drake looks forward to life as a civilian, but the hope of a quiet waiting period is shattered by a mission to a small colony on LV-426. It seems as though the mission could go wrong when the unit encounters a vicious alien species, but the Marines attempt to turn the tide with their own cunning.
Additional Files Awaiting Declassification
By order of the Commanding General, US Colonial Marine Corps Command, all mission reports and personal accounts of Marine personnel involved in encounters with Xenomorph Species XX121 prior to August, 2170 and following July, 2172 remain classified as Top Secret-Sensitive Compartmentalized Information, pending further review and censorship.
